FAQ

Shields don't turn on or off

1. In the iPhone Settings app, check that Screen Time is on and that DopaKO has Screen Time access.
2. Open DopaKO once. It puts your shields back in the right state.
3. If that doesn't help, restart your iPhone.

When does my app time reset?

Every day at your wake-up time, your app time goes back to your "app time when you wake up." You can change both in DopaKO: Settings > Start of your day.

About the 3-day free period

For 3 days after you finish setup, you can use every feature without subscribing. This isn't an App Store free trial, so no subscription starts automatically and you're never charged when it ends. If you don't subscribe, all your shields come off.

How do I cancel?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date, you won't be charged again.

I got a new iPhone or reinstalled the app

To get your subscription back, go to Settings > Monthly Plan > Restore purchases. The apps you chose to shield are stored only on your device, so please choose them again on your new iPhone.

What happens if I delete DopaKO?

The shields DopaKO put on your apps come off.
